ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY SPEED SHACK and accompanied by an return authorization number(RA). RA Numbers are time sensitive and must be received by SPEED SHACK within thirty(30) days from issuing RA number.

RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED UPON ARRIVAL AND RETURNED TO SHIPPER. We highly recommend you ask for a RA before returning any items.

30% RE-STOCKING FEE; Returned mechandise will be subject to a 30% re-stocking and handling fee. All approved returned merchandise MUST be undamaged and in original re-saleable condition.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE TO BE PRE-PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

Freight charges are the responsibilty of the customer.

Shortages; Confirm parcel countupon receipt. If a carrier delivers the same number of parcels indicated by the original bill of lading and items are later found to be missing, SPEED SHACK must be contacted of the shortage within 2 business days of receipt of shipment.

FREIGHT DAMAGE: Inspect all parcels upon receipt, all damage claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. SPEED SHACK Inc. is not responsible for, or able to make or accept after carrier receives a shipment from SPEED SHACK.
